At Arkray India, we strive to ensure your fashion choices fit perfectly, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Arkray India account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to submit your request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with tags intact; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check during the scheduled pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 24-48 hours at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
